I don't go out to the movies much these days, and one of the main reasons why is the lack of authenticity that movie makers seem to insist on. I'm not talking about stuff that happens in a galaxy far far away, but the more earthly based ones. Have you ever noticed that every car sounds like a well tuned V8, every helicopter sounds like a Huey (not that there is anything wrong with that), and in the case of Jim Carreys latest offering, Yes Man, every bike sounds like an inline 4.
For those who aren't aware, Jim takes a Hypermotard for a spin. Nothing wrong with that, I hear you say. Trouble is, instead of listening to some of the finest, handcrafted decibels ever produced by a V-Twin, all we get is the scream of an in-line 4. Anyway, listen for yourself.

Let's also not forget who the first was to produce 4 stroke exhaust valves, Formerly known and patented as ExUP (Exhaust Ultimate Powervalve), the now defunct 5 valve head, still used and licensed these days by Ferarri... And when they did choose to release linked ABS brakes on their bus... er I mean tourer, they did it the right way, so knobs like me could still pull burnouts without frying the rear disc... so neener neener
