Welcome to NQ Riders |
NQRiders is now bigger, better, faster and far more focused towards the positive promotion of Motorcycling (both recreational AND competitive). The Association will be incorporating, affiliating with Motorcycling Queensland in order to offer member riders, both new and experienced, a range of services in order to improve the positive profile, and safety of Motorcycling in North Queensland. We will be reinforcing the alliances we have made in the last 8 months with the Public Sectors, Private Businesses and Individual Members. We have learnt a lot from the original idea, and now have a more positive and proactive approach towards meeting our goals, and the separation was an extremely valuable lesson learnt, as we have now discovered the way forward. The site itself offers the members a whole raft of goodies, including photo albums, blog spots, project pages, live chat, a dedicated "nqriders.com" email address and even a web space if desired, just to name a few. You can subscribe to RSS feeds, and donations directly via PayPal (not mandatory). There are a number of caveats however. If you don't subscribe to the idea of "positive and proactive promotion of Motorcycling" (in all of its forms) you won't be welcome. Admission to the site is a privilege, not a rite. Membership costs nothing, except for a personal agreement to positively promote Motorcycling in its entirety. |
